Bagore-ki-Haveli is a monument in Udaipur in Rajasthan state in India. It is right on the waterfront of Lake Pichola at Gangori Ghat. Amir Chand Badwa, the Prime Minister of Mewar, built it in the eighteenth century
As is apparent, this image was shot across the lake from a restaurant. I wasn’t carrying my tripod with me, but thankfully the ‘nifty fifty’ (f/1.8) did the trick here.
The sharpness of details at f/1.8 has even surprised me.
